⭐ We highly recommend the AE079. The circuit and software are identical to the tried and true AE039, but now it's in a form that's much easier to install! The device installs below the dash on the driver's side without removing any screws or panels!
Note: The older AE039 model installs behind the auto start/stop switch.
Our design avoids all negative side effects because it interacts with the vehicle exactly as GM intended. Don't be fooled by hacks that:
- ✗ Require warranty-voiding software changes
- ✗ Drain the battery
- ✗ Disable Active Fuel Management (AFM)
- ✗ Keep the vehicle in "diagnostic mode" (which disables the check-engine light and can interfere with airbags)
